Cemetery
The Village Council manages and maintains the Humberston Cemetery situated off Humberston Avenue.
For all Cemetery enquiries, including plot purchase/reservation, funeral bookings etc. please ring the Humberston Parish Clerk, Kathy Peers, on 07494 577661 or e-mail [email protected]. or you can call into the Open Office Session on a Thursday afternoon between 2 and 4 pm at Wendover Queen Elizabeth Hall for further information – no appointment needed, just call in.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL HAS NOW PURCHASED LAND ADJACENT TO THE CURRENT CEMETERY AND HAS OBTAINED PLANNING PERMISSION FOR A NEW CEMETERY EXTENSION. WORK IS NOW UNDERWAY TO PUT IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE NEW EXTENSION

Cemetery Fees
Please note that for burial fees, £50 is added on for a single depth interment/reopen and £80 for a double depth interment.which is shown as ‘soil fees’
Note that fees will increase from 1st April 2025
